If an attendee must cancel and is unable to provide a replacement, a refund can be issued if requests are submitted in writing by email, mail or fax no later than July 17, 2017. Payments will be refunded by the method that they were submitted. No refunds will be given after the stated deadline. In some cases, we are able to provide a single transfer of funds to another EnergySec event. Please inquire about such options by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
